Thank you for choosing KWKB! Whether you’re dealing with pre-made items or custom creations, here is everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policies:

Ready-to-Wear Items

• Returns: You can return pre-made items within 7 calendar days from the day you received them. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase or a receipt.

• Refunds: Damaged items from our ready-to-wear collection can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Please note: Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Custom-Made Items

• No Refunds: Since custom items are tailored to your specifications, all sales are final and are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

• Alterations and Exchanges: If your item needs a minor adjustment, reach out to us via WhatsApp at +971 505439695 within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer complimentary alterations.

• Defective Items: If there's an issue with your custom piece, contact us via WhatsApp at +971 505439695 with photos and details. We'll work on a repair or replacement.

Important Note:

•        By placing a custom order, you agree to our no-refund policy.  

•        The client is responsible for all the shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
